Bruce G. Leto served as a panelist at the Capital Markets Strategies Trading and Best Execution Virtual Summit on May 13. Leto’s panel, entitled, “The Relationship Between Fund Directors and the Trading Desk – Facilitating a More Productive Conversation,” covered examination of board oversight of trading issues and the role of the fund director, important topics for directors to consider relating to trading and best execution and the changing market structure landscape, and how directors can effectively communicate with traders and others involved in the trading and best execution process.
Leto is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s
investment management group, one of the premier investment management practices in the country, representing investment company clients with more than 1,500 separate series/funds and assets under management exceeding $3 trillion. Under his leadership, the group has expanded in size from 10 to more than 70 investment management attorneys, becoming the largest such practice in Philadelphia and one of the largest nationwide.
