Cillian Lynch served as a panelist at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Virtual Tax and Accounting Conference Program on Sept. 28. Lynch spoke on the panel entitled, “Implementation of New SEC Rules,” which covered implementation issues related to the SEC’s new rules under the Investment Company Act of 1940 related to good faith determinations of fair value (Rule 2a-5), and use of derivatives by investment companies (Rule 18f-4).
