Eric S. Purple presented at the 2022 Investment Management Conference hosted by Investment Company Institute (ICI) on March 28. Purple spoke as part of a panel discussion entitled “What’s Happening in Different Strokes: Trends in Specialized Products,” which examined current trends and the latest developments in exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-ended funds, interval funds and more.
Purple provides counsel on all aspects of
investment company and investment adviser regulation. He represents a broad range of ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end investment companies, business development companies and other pooled investment vehicles and their investment advisers on matters arising under the U.S. federal securities laws.
