PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner and member of our investment management group Sara P. Crovitz served as a panelist at Investment Company Institute (ICI)’s 2022 Tax and Accounting Conference in Aurora, CO. Held on September 19, the panel, “The Future of the Industry,” was moderated by ICI’s Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Rachel Graham. The panelists covered the changing demographics and meeting the needs of different generations of investors, modernizing regulated funds, alternative investments and the challenges and opportunities for global asset managers.
Crovitz provides counsel on all aspects of investment company and investment adviser regulation, including serving on teams counseling mutual funds, money market funds, closed-end funds and ETFs, as well as independent trustees of a number of registered investment companies. She also counsels several funds and investment advisers in connection with SEC compliance and examinations, regulations and guidance. Before joining Stradley Ronon, Crovitz had more than 20 years of experience at the SEC.
