Feinour participated in a panel discussion regarding the regulatory outlook for the investment management industry, highlighting the impact of recent SEC rulemaking such as proposed money market fund reforms, the ESG Rule proposal, proposed changes to open-end fund liquidity risk management programs and swing pricing, the new tailored shareholder report rule, and more.
Feinour focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He regularly advises clients on matters such as the formation, registration and ongoing regulation of investment companies, including index-based and actively managed ETFs and mutual funds across all asset classes. He is also a frequent speaker on ETF-related topics.
