NEW YORK – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner Jamie M. Gershkow presented at Crane Data’s Money Fund Symposium, which took place in Atlanta on Wednesday, June 21. Gershkow’s session, “Regulations: Money Fund Reforms Round III,” discussed the SEC’s proposal that would mandate swing pricing for certain money market funds and eliminate provisions related to liquidity fees and redemption gates.
The Money Fund Symposium is run by Crane Data, publisher of the Money Fund Intelligence newsletter.
Gershkow focuses her practice on advising investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. She assisted clients with a variety of aspects of money market fund management and regulatory compliance, including advising on money market fund reforms, developing money market compliance checklists and procedures, conducting training sessions for portfolio personnel related to money market fund compliance, and day-to-day portfolio management compliance matters for money market funds.
