PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner Miranda Sturgis recently participated in a panel discussion at the Practising Law Institute’s Investment Management 2023: Current Issues & Trends conference in New York City.
Sturgis provided an overview of the regulatory initiatives related to exchange-traded funds (ETFs), including actively managed ETFs and other ETF product development trends, mutual fund to ETF conversions and insight into exemptive relief requests for ETFs.
