Partner Jamie Gershkow has been featured in an article in Wealth Management for her participation on a Women in ETFs panel as part of the recent Wealth Management EDGE conference.
The panel, “Navigating Career Decisions: Stories of Successes, Pitfalls and Everything in Between,” discussed the complexities of women’s career decisions and their multifaceted impacts.
The article covers some of the lessons Jamie and the other panelists shared during the discussion: “Gershkow recognizes that everyone approaches things in different ways. There’s no right way to do something. She said it’s good to have an open mind and not do something a certain way because that’s how you’ve always done it.”
