Partner Bruce Leto spoke with Fund Directions about the Investment Company Institute (ICI)’s two-year project to modernize the Investment Company Act of 1940 (’40 Act). In the article, Bruce discusses updating proxy rules that impact fund advisers and fund boards.

Bruce is one of three partners from Stradley Ronon (out of three law firms overall) serving on the ICI’s steering committee advising on the modernization of the ’40 Act.
