PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon partner Esther Cho has been selected by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to join the National Arbitration and Mediation Committee (NAMC) effective July 9.
FINRA operates the largest securities dispute resolution forum in the United States, and the NAMC makes recommendations to FINRA regarding recruitment, qualifications, training and evaluation of arbitrators and mediators, and on rules, regulations and procedures that govern arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution matters before FINRA. Esther previously served on the FINRA Zoom Task Force during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Esther is a seasoned litigator and serves as partner-in-charge at Stradley Ronon’s new Southern California office. She regularly represents financial services firms in state and federal court and before arbitral tribunals in proceedings involving violations of state and federal securities laws and related rules and regulations.
