PHILADELPHIA – On April 24, CBIZ, M&T Bank and Stradley Ronon co-sponsored a CLE program, “Navigating FinCEN’s AML/CFT Rules: Compliance Strategies for 2026 and Beyond.” The program was held at CBIZ’s Philadelphia office and featured partner Jessica Burt, who served as a panelist.
The session provided valuable insights for financial and legal professionals to understand and combat money laundering, mitigate risks and ensure adherence to new standards. The presentation also covered the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's (FinCEN) new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) rules applicable to Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) and Exempt Reporting Advisers (ERAs), effective January 1, 2026.
Jessica represents clients in the asset management industry, including registered investment companies, independent directors, and investment advisers. She frequently counsels on the applicability and interpretation of federal securities laws.
She is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
