PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Lawrence P. Stadulis served as a panelist at the Practising Law Institute’s Conference on April 2 in New York. Stadulis’ panel, “Preparing for a Patchwork Establishing a Conflicts Program: What You Can Do Today,” discussed developments regarding the DOL fiduciary duty rule, what states are doing, the SEC’s uniform standard of conduct and the delivery of digital advisory services.
