PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce
Brandon M. Riley has been elected to the board of The Bridge Way School.
The Bridge Way School was created by the Greater Philadelphia Association for Recovery Education (GPARE), a non-profit organization dedicated to opening the first sober high school in the Philadelphia region devoted to students who are in recovery from substance abuse and addiction. GPARE was formed by a group of educators, recovery treatment specialists, and individuals who saw the need for providing a continuum of care for adolescents who have received treatment for substance abuse/addiction and are working a sober program.
Riley regularly represents securities, corporate, nonprofit, municipal, and financial services industry clients in federal and state courts, as well as private domestic, FINRA, and international arbitration. Riley focuses his practice on
securities litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters, commercial litigation, and resolving sophisticated business disputes. He is also an accomplished appellate advocate, and has significant experience at each level of the appellate process in Pennsylvania and in the federal courts. In addition, Riley frequently serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program, where he has adjudicated dozens of cases.
