Paula Shaffner, chair of Stradley Ronon’s
securities litigation and enforcement practice, spoke at the 2022 Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Annual C&L Seminar as part of the “Key Issues for Small and Regional Firms” panel on March 22. The industry-leading panel covered topics such as utilizing resources to their fullest potential, state regulators and best practices for balancing examination priorities. The annual seminar is the premier event for compliance and legal professionals in the financial services industry.
Shaffner has represented individuals and companies in securities litigation for almost 30 years. She has defended clients in regulatory matters before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Agency and various exchanges and state regulators. She also represents clients in litigation filed in court or arbitration.
