PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Chess and Wayne Anthony Holman as associates in our financial services litigation practice group. Both Chess and Holman will concentrate their practices on representing clients in matters involving nearly every type of consumer and commercial financial product, including mortgage originations and servicing, student loans, auto finance, credit cards, and debt collection actions.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Chess was an associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm, where he focused on complex commercial litigation. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Camden, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he assisted in preparing Chapter 11 petitions as part of the Hon. Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project. Chess attended the University of Miami, receiving the President’s Scholarship and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Holman was an attorney at several Maryland and Virginia-based law firms, where he represented mortgage lenders and loan servicers. During his time at the University of Richmond School of Law, he served as the manuscript editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology.
