PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that attorney Anais Holland-Rudd has joined the firm as an associate in New York. Holland-Rudd centers her practice on financial services litigation, representing financial institutions in matters arising under the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and federal and state consumer protection laws.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Holland-Rudd worked in private practice defending automobile manufacturers in asbestos matters. Following law school, she joined the Queens County District Attorney’s Office in the Criminal Court and Intake Bureaus, then moved into the Felony Trials Bureau after being promoted within a year and a half. Additionally, she served as a law clerk for the Office of Illinois Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau and interned at the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Financial Frauds Bureau.
Holland-Rudd graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the Loyola Journal for Regulatory Compliance. During law school, she was a member and captain of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team and a Student Fellow of the Institute of Consumer Antitrust Studies.
