PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Mark Greer presented on “Hot Regulatory Topics Facing the ETF Industry” at the Exchange 2024 conference on February 11 in Miami Beach, Florida. The four-day event brought together financial services industry thought leaders to provide advisers with practical, comprehensive tools to grow their businesses.
Mark’s panel discussed the ever-evolving state of regulations facing various aspects of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) industry, including cryptocurrency, share classes, conversions, the Names Rule, distribution, product development and index providers. Other members of Stradley Ronon’s investment management practice in attendance at the conference included partners Joel Corriero, Stephen Feinour, Shawn Hendricks, Michael Mundt and Miranda Sturgis.
Mark is the partner-in-charge of Stradley Ronon’s Chicago office.
