PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Alan P. Goldberg presented at the 2017 Investment Adviser Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C. Goldberg’s panel, “Key Issues in Negotiating Vendor Contracts and in Vendor Due Diligence,” which he moderated, discussed current issues and best practices related to investment adviser oversight and monitoring of third-party vendors, as well as key points to look for in vendor contracts.
Goldberg concentrates his practice on representing registered investment companies and their independent board members, registered investment advisers, sponsors to unregistered investment pools and family offices. He handles all aspects of creating registered investment companies and registering new investment advisers, including the establishment of compliance policies and procedures.
