PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon has been recognized as “ETF Law Firm of the Year” in the 2018 ETF.com Awards, which honor products, people and companies that made a difference in the ETF industry last year. Winners were chosen by a jury of independent experts from shortlists drawn up by senior editors at ETF.com, Inside ETFs and FactSet ETF.
The ETF Law Firm of the Year Award is presented annually to the law firm that has done the most to push the ETF industry forward, including driving new and innovative products through the Securities and Exchange Commission, advocating for the industry and the rights of investors, and improving outcomes for investors.
In presenting the award, ETF.com stated that, “Led by the highly visible and universally respected Michael Mundt, Stradley Ronon’s work spans all the major issues facing the ETF market today, from helping active managers enter the space to working with the innovators behind several proposed nontransparent structures.” ETF.com also noted that Stradley Ronon has represented Invesco in its acquisition of Oppenheimer’s and Guggenheim's ETF businesses, which was one of the ETF industry’s biggest news stories over the last year.
