Christopher W. Rosenbleeth was named to the
Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of “Dealmakers” at the annual Best Real Estate Deals and Dealmakers of the Year awards. The
awards honor the top projects and transactions that have displayed excellence in the Philadelphia region. The Dealmaker award is given to those who should be recognized for their dealmaking prowess. The entries are evaluated on a variety of criteria, including the size of the projects, complexity, challenges overcome, environmental sustainability and impact on the community.
Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon’s
real estate practice group. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country and, in particular, around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Rosenbleeth is a recognized leader in his field as a member of the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Risk Management Association. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, which serves as a vehicle for planning, advocacy and civic engagement for projects and initiatives that enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of Center City Philadelphia.
