PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce attorney Eric DiMuzio has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. DiMuzio focuses his practice on representing individuals and entities on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, joint ventures and investment activities. He will work closely with our real estate, real estate finance and transactional real estate practice groups.

DiMuzio started his career at a New York-based law firm, where he advised clients on all aspects of real estate transactions. He also worked for a premier management consulting group, advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds on critical aspects of their businesses.
DiMuzio was a Schreyer Honors Scholar at the Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained his B.A. in Communications with a minor in Economics. He pursued his law degree at Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was a managing editor for Volume 24 of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
