PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is proud to announce that the
Philadelphia Business Journal selected Co-Chairman
Kevin R. Boyle to the annual “
Best of the Bar: Philadelphia’s Top Lawyers” list, in recognition of his work in the
real estate industry. This regional award honors local lawyers “who within the last 12 months have distinguished themselves in their practice specialties.” Boyle was one of only two lawyers honored for the real estate category.
Boyle has taken on numerous roles during his 36-year career at Stradley Ronon and is currently a member of the firm’s board of directors and management committee. As co-chairman, he serves alongside Jeffrey A. Lutsky, overseeing and managing over 200 attorneys across seven offices. He previously served as the firm’s financial partner and chaired the firm’s business department.
In his practice, Boyle represents large and small companies, nonprofit and religious organizations, and individuals in business, real estate and banking matters. His practice concentration includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate financing, public and private bond financing, and nonprofit and insurance-related matters.
Boyle devotes significant time and energy to many organizations outside the firm’s robust corporate philanthropy program. He is passionate about advocating for initiatives that yield results, from helping low-income students break down barriers that have historically excluded them from achieving college success to using the power of food as medicine to help nourish and heal. To that end, Boyle is the current chairman of the board of directors for Philadelphia Futures, a nonprofit organization that prepares first-generation-to-college low-income students to enter and succeed in college. He is also a founding member of the MANNA Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides nourishing, healthy food to those battling life-threatening illnesses, and serves on its advisory board. In addition, he serves on the board of directors and executive committee of Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC).
