Julie M. Murphy and
Christopher W. Rosenbleeth served as panelists for the Risk Management Association (RMA) Philadelphia virtual education program, “Let’s Make a Deal: Negotiating Loan Documents,” on July 14. Murphy and Rosenbleeth discussed typical representations, covenants and events of default and common negotiation points, and recent caselaw and developments.
Murphy, partner in Stradley Ronon’s
financial services practice group, concentrates her practice on
bankruptcy, workouts and creditors' rights. She regularly represents financial institutions and other creditors, helping maximize recoveries on troubled credits and advising in the areas of business reorganization and loan restructuring.
Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon’s
real estate practice group. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country and, in particular, around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
