Rosenbleeth has been admitted to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), an association of commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Election to the ACREL is based on peer nominations followed by a screening process to identify lawyers with a strong real estate practice, dedication to improving the practice and high standard of professional and ethical conduct.
Rosenbleeth is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s real estate and finance practice groups. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients and strategic and financial investors with their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country, particularly around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
