PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon teamed up with commercial real estate advisory and services firm Newmark for a discussion on “Future of Office: Separating Myth from Reality” on Nov. 15 in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Partner Christopher Rosenbleeth, co-chair of the firm’s finance and real estate practice, moderated a panel featuring representatives from Newmark that discussed the future of office as a real estate asset class, including investment, leasing and financing trends.
Rosenbleeth regularly represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. He also advises secured lenders, including commercial banks, asset-based lenders and commercial finance companies, in connection with acquisitions, dividend recapitalization and other financings.
