Reperowitz, co-chair of the firm’s bankruptcy, workouts & creditors’ rights group, shared her thoughts on arbitration in the financial services industry during a virtual discussion hosted by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR Institute). Reperowitz serves as chair of CPR Institute’s Banking and Financial Services Committee, which develops and considers innovative approaches to resolving disputes among financial institutions.
Reperowitz has an active alternate dispute resolution practice and frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator. She is listed on the panels of mediators and arbitrators maintained by the American Arbitration Association and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Reperowitz uses her experience as in-house and law firm counsel to provide clients with pragmatic, business-minded advice and representation in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring and commercial litigation matters. She has represented clients in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, airline and general manufacturing sectors.
