PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Dean V. Krishna presented at the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry Panel, “Tax Reform: Lessons Learned,” on June 11 in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Krishna discussed changes in tax structuring and deal work since the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was passed, including the appeal of the corporate structure in certain situations (particularly in a cross-border context) and continued uncertainties for long-term planning.
Krishna concentrates his practice on international and domestic tax matters. He advises on matters including U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, syndicated lending arrangements, commercial securities offerings, business restructurings, and general domestic and cross-border tax planning.
