PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Financial Services Litigation Practice Group Chair Andrew K. Stutzman will moderate a panel of representatives from federal and state enforcement and supervisory agencies at the American Conference Institute’s Consumer Finance Class Actions and Litigation Conference on July 24 in Chicago. Stutzman’s panel, “Regulatory Enforcement and Examination Roundtable: The View from Federal and State Agencies and Attorneys General on New and Emerging Initiatives, Enforcement Actions, Examination Procedures and Investigations,” will include federal officials from the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as well as state attorneys general and regulatory agencies.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career.
